I think the snark is coming from them that saw this movie before. It’s like having seen “Battlefield Earth” on premiere night and 25 years later being forced to watch a reboot starring Casper van Dien and Rob Schneider. You are going to heckle that **** for your sanity.

I don't know if college players have to do a workout at the potential new school they want to transfer too...but if they do...I'm sure those coaches immediately pulled their offer after watching him attempt a bench press or jumping drill.

Honestly, I’m not sure about Mills just the same as many of you, but how do you coach a team who can’t shoot a mid range or 3 pt, and regularly miss up close bunnies over favorable matchups, and can’t dribble or pass effectively?

Obviously he messed up recruiting even in the short cycle. Cortez is terrible, Beverly is serviceable but limited, Ridgnal is great but streaky (I love his effort though), Germany must be worse than awful if he doesn’t play even now. And DeGray seems to at least be okay so far, nothing special.

I can complain about Mills quite a bit, but I try and put any other coach in his shoes, and I’m honestly not sure what anybody could do. We have zero way to impact offense with no gravity, and unfortunately that affects our defense (which Mills has already been recognized as not outstanding at. He’s an offensively oriented coach iirc)

Say the whole team has COVID-19 and cancels the season because of COVID protocol (or at least through the Memphis Florida Atlantic games). Save the money from no travel it put it to 2024-25 NIL.

It is pretty ridiculous that Abidde, Germany, and Joy haven't seen the court during this losing streak. Sure practice is a factor, but when guys are playing as poorly as we've seen you need to be willing to throw in some fresh bodies.
